Before you visit

Massage questions,
answered.

Choosing a treatment, session lengths, pressure and how booking works.

Which massage should I choose?

Choose Swedish for a gentle, flowing experience; Thai Combination for a blend of stretching and massage; or Deep Tissue for more focused pressure. Couple Massage is a shared experience for two, while 4 Hands brings two practitioners together for one guest.

Should I choose 60 or 90 minutes?

A 60-minute session is a lovely pause in a busy day. Choose 90 minutes when you would like a longer, more unhurried experience. Both durations are available for every treatment on our menu.

Can I ask for a different pressure?

Yes. Tell your practitioner what feels comfortable at the beginning of your session and speak up whenever you would like an adjustment. Your comfort should guide the experience.

What is the difference between Couple and 4 Hands Massage?

Couple Massage is for two guests, with one practitioner each. A 4 Hands Massage is for one guest, with two practitioners working together in a coordinated flow.

What should I share before my massage?

Let your practitioner know your preferences, areas you would like them to focus on or avoid, and any relevant sensitivities. Anyone who is pregnant, recovering from an injury or managing a medical condition should speak to their doctor first and tell the practitioner before the session begins.

How do I book an appointment?

Choose your treatment, duration and a free time on our booking page and your appointment is confirmed straight away by text, and by email if you add one. You can also call us and book by phone. To change or cancel, call the spa on (347) 514-9568.
